How to claim your store

Claiming connects your shop's listing to your account. It is free, it takes a few minutes, and it is what lets you keep the profile accurate and publish your own sales.

Who can claim

Independent shops

Local stores and small businesses with their own location — fashion, shoes, vintage, lifestyle and similar retail.

Not claimable

Chain branches (run centrally by the brand) and mall listings (they aggregate their tenants' sales).

What you need before you start

  • The exact store name as it appears on Sale Pulse
  • A business email address — this becomes your login
  • A phone number we can reach you on
  • One piece of proof: imprint/legal page link, Instagram handle, or a short note
  • A password with lowercase, uppercase, a number and a symbol (8+ characters)

Step by step

  1. 1

    Find your store

Search the deals or use the store search. If your shop is already listed, open its profile page.

  2. 2

Press “Is this your store? Claim it”

The button sits under the photos on your store page. It pre-fills the claim form with the store you opened. You can also start at /store/claim and type the name.

  3. 3

Describe who you are and prove it

Your name, a business email, and a phone number, plus one piece of proof: a link to your imprint or legal page, your Instagram handle we can check, or a short note describing the shop. The proof field is optional but it speeds up the review.

  4. 4

    Choose your password

At least 8 characters with lowercase, uppercase, a number, and a symbol. This is the password you use to log in once your claim is approved.

  5. 5

Wait for the review, then log in

We check every claim by hand — usually within 24 hours. When it is approved you get an email; then log in at /store/login. Deals you submit after that are reviewed before they appear publicly.

If your store is not listed yet

Search your shop's name first. If a profile already exists — even with wrong details — claim it: registering a name that is already in the directory is blocked, and the claim flow is the one that keeps the store's history.

Not there at all? Register it and we create the listing and your account together:

  1. 1. Open Register your store and enter the shop name, street address and district.
  2. 2. Add a contact person, phone, website and social handles, plus a short proof note (link to your imprint, Google Maps entry, or business registration).
  3. 3. Choose the same password rule as above — it is your login.
  4. 4. We review the new listing. Until it is approved the dashboard shows “Store Under Review” and deal submissions stay blocked; approval email is not automatic for registrations, so log in to check.

The address is stored as text at this point. It is checked against the map the first time you save the store profile, so use the real street with house number — a PO box or a mall name will not resolve.

What you can do once approved

  • Edit the store profile: description, logo, opening hours, phone, website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Publish sales and offers — reviewed by our team before they go live
  • See deal views, store profile views, and website clicks for the last 30 days
  • Optionally feature the store for 7 or 30 days to sit on top of the list

Questions

+Why is there no “Claim it” button on my store page?

Two reasons: the listing is already claimed by someone, or it cannot be claimed — chain branches and mall listings have no single owner we can verify. Write to support@salepulse.de and we will sort it out.

+My shop is not listed at all. What now?

Register it instead of claiming it. The registration form creates the listing and your owner account in one step, and you can publish deals as soon as we approve the store.

+I own several branches — can I claim all of them?

Yes, if they are independent shops: claim each store separately. Chain branches cannot be claimed; the brand decides centrally.

+Does claiming cost anything?

No. Claiming, managing the profile, and publishing deals are free. Featuring a store is a paid option and never required.

+The address on my listing is wrong.

After approval you can change it in the dashboard. Addresses are checked against the map, so use the shop's real street address — not a PO box.

Ready when you are

Both forms work on a phone. Claiming an existing listing keeps its history and deals; registering a new store starts a fresh listing.
